What do you like best about Maritime DevCon?
I love that it show cases some of the brightest minds in the Maritimes. It shows that there is a ton of great things that are possible with the chosen career path of so many in the Maritimes. We might be a small location on the map but we can have a global presence.
Why do you feel your session, My Microsoft MVP journey and why you should start yours!, would bring value to Maritime DevCon attendees?
I think that a ton of people in the Maritimes work closely with Microsoft technologies and it’s amazing how almost all of them qualify for the Microsoft MVP program. It’s amazing how many people don’t know about the MVP program; I didn’t up until two years ago. If the attendees don’t deal with Microsoft technologies they still will get an understanding on what the different ways of contributing to there technologies through community engagement.
What is the key take away attendees will get from your session My Microsoft MVP journey and why you should start yours!?
